Terms of service.

These terms cover this website, the email newsletter, and the Money Motion Kit (“the kit”). The Hour Ledger is operated by LVUnlimited (“we”, “us”). By using the site, signing up, or buying the kit, you agree to these terms.
1. The kit
The kit is a digital download: source code, scene files, tools and a written guide for making animated 16:9 videos. The kit page describes what it contains and what you need to run it. It's a set of tools, not a course, a service, or done-for-you videos.
2. Buying
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank may add currency conversion fees.
- Stripe processes all payments. We never see or store your full card details.
- After payment you go straight to your download page, and we also email you the link. If anything doesn't arrive or doesn't work, email us.
- Refunds follow our refund policy: a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
3. Your licence
When you buy the kit, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.
You may:
- use and change the kit's code and files to make as many videos as you like, for your own channels or for clients;
- publish, monetise and sell the videos you make. They belong to you.
You may not:
- resell, share, sublicense or publish the kit itself, or its source files, whether as they are or modified;
- package the kit, or substantial parts of it, into another template, course or product.
The fonts included in the kit are distributed under their own open licences (SIL Open Font License), included with the files.
4. No promised results
We don't promise views, followers, income or brand deals. Results depend on your ideas, your work and the platforms you post on. Examples on this site show what the tools can produce. They are not a typical outcome or a guarantee.
5. Not financial advice
The films, the Hour Calculator and the newsletter are general education and arithmetic. They are not financial, investment or tax advice. Check numbers against your own situation before making decisions.
6. The newsletter
If you sign up, we'll email you about new films and the kit. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you. See the privacy policy for how we handle your email address.
7. Our content
The films, designs, text and code on this site belong to us, except where noted. You're welcome to share links to them. Please don't re-upload or copy them as your own.
8. Warranty and liability
We test the kit on the setup described on the kit page and will help if something doesn't work. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the kit is provided “as is”, without other warranties. Our total liability for any claim about the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or removes your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect purchases already made.
