The Hour Ledger is operated by LVUnlimited (“we”, “us”), which is responsible for the personal data described here. We collect as little as we can. Questions or requests: orders@thehourledger.store.
What we collect and why

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and our own pages don't set cookies. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies for payment security and fraud prevention.
Who processes your data
- Resend stores newsletter contacts and sends our emails.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Our web host serves the site and keeps its logs.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, they rely on safeguards recognised under data-protection law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete your data. You can also object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. To unsubscribe, use the link in any email. For everything else, email orders@thehourledger.store; we'll reply within one month. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Age
The newsletter and the kit are for people aged 16 and over. If you're younger, please don't sign up.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email address, we'll tell you by email.
