Refund policy.

Short version: if the kit isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
How to ask for a refund
Email orders@thehourledger.store from the address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message. You don't need to give a reason.
We'll confirm by email and refund the full price to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds usually reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
The 14 days
The 14 days start on the day of purchase. After that, sales are final, except where the law gives you more rights (see below) or the kit is faulty and we can't fix it.
If something doesn't work
If the kit won't run on a supported setup (Windows or Linux with Node.js, as described on the kit page), tell us what happened. We'll try to help you get it working. If we can't, you get a full refund, even after 14 days.
After a refund
A refund ends your licence to use the kit. Please delete your copy of the files. Videos you already made and published with it can stay up.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights as a consumer; it doesn't replace them. If you live in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Our no-questions refund covers that same period, whether or not you've downloaded the files.
